SBIA’s Middle Market Council is dedicated to serving private equity firms focused on growing the smaller end of the middle market.

These investing firms find “little leading” companies that are ripe for growth and innovation. The Council provides a members-only forum for financial and operational experts to discuss issues, market data, and best practices to foster successful outcomes for their portfolio companies, their employees, and for policymakers in Washington.

ADVOCACY: SBIA IS THE POLICY VOICE FOR MIDDLE MARKET PRIVATE EQUITY
SBIA develops and advocates for public policies that have a positive impact on capital investments into American lower middle market business. We work with key departments, agencies and members of Congress to ensure the middle market’s voice is heard in the democratic process as we work to influence actions by the federal government that impact private equity and small businesses across America.
