Cancellation Policy:
All Northeast Conference registration cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing to SBIA via email. A full refund for the registration fee is available on or before January 6, 2022. After January 6, 2022 no refund is available for registration fees. You may transfer your registration to another member of your firm, by sending us an email. Northeast Private Equity Conference registration is non-transferable to registrants outside of your firm. SBIA regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.

*Please Note: We are limiting attendance from Professional Service Providers (e.g. accountants, consultants, lawyers, etc.) to only those firms who are sponsors of the event or members of SBIA. For questions, please contact us at (202) 628-5055. 

Code of Conduct:
As we remain in the lingering stages of a pandemic, SBIA is requiring all registrants who will be present at the 2022 Northeast Private Equity Conference to show at least one of the following at registration to receive credentials and be allowed into the event:

  • Proof of full COVID vaccination (photo from your phone is acceptable) OR
  • Test results from a negative COVID-19 viral/PCR test (not a rapid antibody test) taken within the 48 hours prior to arrival at the conference.

The proof of vaccination or proof of negative PCR test is a requirement without exception and in addition to any hotel safety requirements.

There will also be mandatory COVID symptom questionnaire/screening at registration (Do you have any of the COVID symptoms: fever, chills, infection of the lungs or sinuses, etc.) If you are feeling ill or think you may have COVID then please do not attend the event.

SBIA expects to host all scheduled events in person during 2022; however, due to health and safety concerns or government-imposed requirements because of the ongoing Covid pandemic, SBIA reserves the right to modify the in-person format and instead host an event virtually.
